Creative fundraising through art

Finished size: 2.5" x 3.5" (standard ACEO) 

• Orientation: portrait or landscape • Paper: watercolor paper (140 lb / 300 gsm recommended), mixed media, or heavy cardstock 

• Medium: original, hand-created artwork only (no AI or digital-only prints) Creating Crisp, Clean Edges (Recommended) 

• Start with paper slightly larger than final size 

• Tape off all four sides using low-tack painter’s tape or washi tape 

• Paint freely, allowing color to meet the tape edge 

• Let dry completely, then carefully remove tape • Trim to final 2.5" x 3.5" if needed Artwork Theme 

• Shamrock-inspired, Irish-inspired, or community-themed 

• Whimsical, symbolic, celebratory, or meaningful 

• Artistic interpretation is encouraged Signing the Back (Required) 

Please include the following on the back of each card: 

• Artist name 

• Title (optional) 

• Year created

 • “Original Art” or “ACEO Original” Optional: website, Instagram handle, or initials 

Do not sign the front unless it is part of your artistic style. 

Numbering & Final Prep 

• Originals may be left unnumbered or marked 1/1 

• If prints are allowed, number clearly (e.g., 1/25)

• Cards should be flat, clean, fully dry, and free of loose materials • Protective sleeve encouraged
